Come Fly With Me

This is an image of the wing of the plane I took TO Ireland; the plane I took home gave me a horrible cold, and I cannot seem to get rid of the cough. I foresee a round of prednisone in my future, possibly an antibiotic. The joys of airline travel.

But, I can tell you that as we sat on the tarmac waiting to take off for the Emerald Isle, I was positively giddy. The more I ponder this trip, I realize what a great adventure I had, and that I'm having a summer full of wonder. This trip was a large part of it, but there's other things happening as well that are adding to the wonder of it all.

I find myself truly happy right now, and I just wanted to share that with you all. Hopefully I can stretch this feeling into a long period of time. Happy summer...
